- Ask about duties or import handling if you are ordering to Canada — better to know up front than to be surprised at the door.
- Reorder about two weeks before you run out. Gaps in a daily routine are the most common reason people never finish the 90 days.
- Store bottles somewhere cool and dry, away from a sunny window or a steamy bathroom shelf.
- Message us if anything arrives damaged — do not take it, and do not throw it out before we have seen a photo.
